Job Title: Students for a 6 months Sharepoint Project


We are looking for students finalizing computer science students in order to create a group taking the incoming cases in Support Area. This people will receive call from screeners and they will do case scoping and they will start troubleshooting steps. Their job will be clearly differentiated from other technical jobs. They will realize first contact and they will be under constant supervision of a full time employee. They will escalate the case to full time employees if they are not able to provide resolution in 5 business days. No knowledge about SharePoint is needed because they will be instructed by our people. They need to have fluent in English because they will work for all WE area. This program will be over in six months and it will be a good opportunity to bring new talent to Microsoft if these students are successful doing the job.
